Import Wizard not working? | Auction Sniper

For me the Import Wizard is no longer working on both W98 and XP. Anyone else with this problem?

I am having the exact same problem over the last 2-3 days. Both home and work computer are affected. The import wizard will not work. I am using windows XP. Very frustrated and I can't believe more people aren't experiencing the same problem.

I have had trouble with it a few days ago. Now today it will not work at all. I am on a new computer using XP. I am going out this afternoon, need to leave a bid and now will probably lose the item. This is the whole point of using Auctionsniper. Until recently it worked fine. What has gone wrong with it???????

I have just managed to get it to work on the 12th attempt.
Something is wrong!

eh? How does the import thing (sorry, I never use it) not working prevent you from setting up a snipe?
