Reply to "Import Wizard not working?"

I have had trouble with it a few days ago. Now today it will not work at all. I am on a new computer using XP. I am going out this afternoon, need to leave a bid and now will probably lose the item. This is the whole point of using Auctionsniper. Until recently it worked fine. What has gone wrong with it???????
