I would like an explanation why . . .

I would like an explanation why I could not access AuctionSniper.com for at least 6 hours during the morning of Feb 20, 2003. I could not gain access to My Snipes page and therefore I could not make critical changes to a snipe that took place during the "outage." I WOULD LIKE AS TO TELL ME SPECIFICALLY WHY THIS HAPPENED. Thank you. Dale

Dale, I see that you've already registered your objections in the Auction Sniper Support section of the Forum. That is the proper place for them. Please don't repeat yourself in other sections; you may have our sympathy but we can't help you with your difficulties. Thank you.
