I would like an explanation why I could not access AuctionSniper.com for at least 6 hours during the morning of Feb 20, 2003. I could not gain access to My Snipes page and therefore I could not make critical changes to a snipe that took place during the "outage." I WOULD LIKE AS TO TELL ME SPECIFICALLY WHY THIS HAPPENED.
