I've been talking to AS about this problem for months!

As indicated in the copys of the AS pages I've lost yet another impossable to get item! when is AS going to FIX their software? It seems that AS didn't even bid!

If I worked for AS I would be embarrassed by Sara's responses. As I'm English I almost feel the need to apologise... Wink

The ID and Password on AS do need to match exactly. Perhaps AS could provide an easy-to-use TEST button to prevent this problem. I wonder how many customers they lose by not having one (cue Sara with some wonderful stats to show that all is rosy in the AS garden)...

Note that four lines from the bottom it says SNIPE PLACED
since the forum uses a different password than Ebay and AS I also noticed AS accepted the wrong password--then corected it. Are you using East Palo Alto students for your software generation?

AH! I now see that the password rejection has been added ex post facto! is your software SO slow that it takes hours to notice that something is wrong or is someone covering their--goofs?
