Reply to "I've been talking to AS about this problem for months!"

If I worked for AS I would be embarrassed by Sara's responses. As I'm English I almost feel the need to apologise... Wink

The ID and Password on AS do need to match exactly. Perhaps AS could provide an easy-to-use TEST button to prevent this problem. I wonder how many customers they lose by not having one (cue Sara with some wonderful stats to show that all is rosy in the AS garden)...
