Remember, it's not the last bid that wins, it's the highest!

Premature snipes have been reported on this forum for a fair amount of time. AS is aware of the issue, and as you can see by the post (Sniper Steve's) from support in the following link, they plan to address the issue:

Our friend's snipe goes in within 15 seconds of the end of the Auction and he feels the need to post here complaining that he keeps losing - he needs to have his expectations set rather than listen to your petty comments and attempts at point scoring. Sadly no-one else wants to play your games which is why you're often the only one playing. I guess that's been the same since school eh?

It seems as most people go off topic about early snipes. At the point someone moves into wanting sniper software they've "probably" learned a little about the process.(Auction Ending Dynamics)

It's good to see AS is concerned with the issue.

I have manual sniped for some time now. I decided I did't want to get up at 3AM anymore. If snipe times are going to be 14 instead of 4 Secs than I'll keep that thought in the mix-
