how to use new MySearch page for complex searches?

I have an eBay search like

(julia, roberts) (kleid, dress)

which means match if item includes ((either julia or roberts) AND (either kleid or dress)) [ as you can see, i'm a german speaker ].

as far as I see it, I can have a single either/or but can I have 2 combined with AND?

Sorry CKL, I don't know the answer. But if someone more experienced looks into this topic, could they also answer why a selection is not possible for items located in a special country? Seems I can specify US states or all of Ebay only. Ebay (at least in Australia) also offers individual regions or countries for people who don't want to order from overseas.

You CAN use multiple searches, but remember to put the plus sign in between, if you want to use more than one.
(julia, roberts)+(kleid, dress)

I think this will also work with a minus sign to remove certain criteria. (can't remember if I have tried that)
