Do a seach on google for SNTP

It's an internet protocol for syncing time up with nuclear clocks around the world over the internet.

Basically that is how eBays clocks stay accurate. Thus any service also sycning their clocks the same way will also be in sync with eBay.

There are even programs you can run on your computer that will keep your computers time accurate down to a few seconds. Do a search for Tardis on download.com and if you had the itch to have your clock accurate to within a few miliseconds of the correct time you could. Smile
Actually, searching for "NTP" or "Network Time Protocol" will probably get better results.

Remember, if you're setting your personal computer via NTP to choose a second-tier time server, not a first-tier (which is intended for big companies to use to sync their master time servers).

There are a lot of public NTP servers; pick one close to you.
