Hello there, Mrs. M (and all)

It's turning out to be an even more difficult week than I thought it would be, but for different reasons.... Roll Eyes

I'm glad to see that there's always coffee here when I need it!

I brought some crumpets in to work with me this morning because that was all the bread we had left in the house, and found that all three of them were mouldy Mad.

Now that was my lunch, so I'm hungry! I'll have to stick to fruit - I suppose that's better for the diet anyway. I just don't seem to be able to get down below nine stone no matter how I try..that's it! I'll start marketing mouldy crumpets as a diet aid! Big Grin

Now that's just CRUELTY! Wink

Umm...maths was never my strong point at school. I think there are 14 pounds in a stone, so I'm currently 128 pounds. I'm supposed to be no more than 98 pounds, but at the moment I'm having trouble getting below 126 pounds.

I think that makes more sense for those of you who work in pounds.

It's odd - my heaviest dog is 27 kilos, and I always weigh them in metric, but I would never weigh myself in metric because I just can't visualise it. Now I can feel you bracing yourself to ask what 27 kilos is in pounds....click...click...it's 59.4lbs.

Volk (the real SS) weighs 19 kilos, which is about 42lbs.

So I weigh as much as two of Miraq - Arrgh!

You said it just right Mrs M - the right amount of aussie accent and everything!!

Rick - I see you are in Jury Duty again - Hiya there Smile when you pop in

Squeaks - Our puppy weighs in at a whopping 58kgs. Well I say puppy - but he is a Great Dane Bull Mastiff Cross

I am thinking of marketing a *baby straight jacket* - Tyler wont sleep if he isnt wrapped and he takes great pleasure in sitting in bed all quiet and then you hear this almighty squeal of delight as he escapes his wrap yet again Mad

Free Ebay.au Listing Day yesterday and of course I get home from work late and have a million things to do and get a total of 5 items listed. NOT HAPPY!!

Yeah there were a couple of Negative F/B to those effects - wants items sent out without payment blah blah blah.....

And Yes Post Sale Manager tracks the payments etc - I was trying to get it to work, but it wont - I think its just for USA based sales.

Post-Sale Manager displays items listed in U.S. dollars on the U.S. eBay site (www.ebay.com), including auctions, items from eBay Stores, and Fixed Price items. For high volume sellers, manage your eBay sales with eBay's Selling Manager.

I think I am too lenient with some of my buyers. I have 1 lady that has led me on and on and now its past the time I can claim the refund off ebay for NPB.

The NPB page keeps telling me that I cant clain a refund on another item coz it hasnt been *10 days after the NPB was filed* - well it has said that for the past 2 weeks Confused

I agree. Have you gotten any negs? I got one from a guy that came out of the blue after almost 3 month. First I had heard anything from him. I emailed him and asked even after the neg.if I could do anything to make him feel better including returning the item and he never answered. After that, I just decided to do my best and not worry about it.

I have 1 neg and 1 neutral - I was mortified by the neutral (which is what I got first)...they lady complained that one of the toys I gave her leaked water whilst in transit. They were all individually wrapped in plastic and I had included some extra toys free to fill up the bag.

The Negative really got up my nose - a lady claimed she emailed me 3 times with no response. I copied her the reply emails I had sent and she couldnt apoligise enough - she said she wished she could get rid of the neg. What annoyed me was she never used any of the Ebay emails or contacts - she jsut went straight for the negative.

Now I dont mind too much - I too just try and describe things as best I can and go with the flow.

I had an irrate email the other day (glad she emailed rather than neg'ed) that my description of a *small pull in material* was what she described as a rather large rip that made the dress unwearable.

I offered to return the dress and refund fully - 2 days later she said her Mum told her she was over reacting and that when her daughter had the dress on it wasnt noticeable at all.
