File a support case


If you want this answered in a more timely manner you need to file a support case.
Go to the help page and at the bottom you will find http://support.auctionsniper.com/ click on that and tell AS what your problem is.

The forums may be a good place for advice, but if you have problems that need resolution your best bet is to file a case and they will respond pretty quickly.

That's excellent advice for both of the first two gentlemen. You could also look up your problem in the AS files using the Search function found at the top of this page. You might find that you have a lot of company, most of whom were proven wrong in blaming AS.

I will say, though, that when AS is responsible for an error, as sometimes happens, they will admit it, they will fix it if it can be fixed, and they will try to make amends for it to anyone who lost snipes because of it. Fair enough?
