Hi There,
As I understand (and I dont bid in the motor section and there isnt anything contrary in the archives), you shouldnt have any problems. The only thing to watch out for is auctions that require the bidders to pre-register.

From what I have read, motor auctions are quite often cancelled early, so keep that in mind too.

Mrs M is quite experienced in the Motors section, hopefully she will pop in and correct my answer if it needs it.

I would do a *test* run on something you dont want to win, like snipe $1 on a Porsche or something similar. A price you are guaranteed not to win, but hey, if you win a Porsche for $1 dollar, I will take it off your hands. Wink
eBay also requires you to verify your id for bids above, $15,000.

Many people use us to snipe cars, it should work fine.

Just make sure to contact eBay or read their site to see how you can verify yourself so you can bid above $15,000. I think it requires to you do one of a couple things. Either put a bank account or credit card on file, and/or verify you identity through a credit report they run on you which costs $10.
