On the Forum page, towards the bottom is a "Search" function. Key in, "Germany" to bring up prior posts. You may also want to try "German". That will at least give you the old news. Someone may have more recent info.

Actually the eBay.de site changed it's user agreement (effective 7/1/2002) to disallow the use of sniping services. However, to my knowledge, there is nothing stoping you from closing your eBay.de account and becoming a member of eBay US or eBay UK.

If you're already a member of eBay US or eBay UK your user agreement doesn't prevent you from using a sniper service! It's up to you if want to inform the "disgruntled German" of that fact or not. You might want to remind him it's the HIGH bid that wins, not necessarily the LAST bid.
