Did Not Win : Your snipe did not win because of the reason above

I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of support for the captcha challenge problem preventing my snipes from being placed.

I have been assured the problem was "fixed" and I just lost another auction because of it.

Giving me a "free snipe" is not an appropriate solution. I've lost money because of lost bids and the lack of support and consideration is horrible!

I want to know why there has been no progress on fixing this and why I've been lied to by support stating that I COULD trust sniping when clearly it still does not work.
