Hello,
I searched the forum and was surprised to find that no one has asked how to delete expired bidgroups without having to do so individually. Unlike some other forms that allow multiple entries to be selected (e.g. editing the bid amount on multiple active snipes), it seems that bidgroups can only be deleted one-at-a-time. Am I missing something??? P.S. And since bidgroups serve no purpose once they "expired," shouldn't they automatically just move to a "trash" type folder rather than continuing to clutter up the active bidgroups screen? P.P.S. I know that we're supposed to clean up after ourselves once all the auctions listed under a bidgroup have ended, but am I the only one who -- for the most part -- doesn't bother to do so?
thanks!

Hi lamatl,

Thanks for posting your comments here.

We do not currently offer an option to delete bid groups (or other folders) in bulk, so the only way to remove bid groups you no longer need at present is to do so individually using the “Delete” button next to each on the My Folders page within your account.

I will share your feedback in this regard with our Product Management team as a suggestion for future consideration though.

Some buyers reuse bid groups after winning the number of items initially desired by updating the target quantity field on the My Folders page, so they can still serve a purpose even if the initial quantity they were set up to secure have been won.

If you need any more specific assistance on this topic, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team directly from under the “Help” tab on our site and we will be happy to continue working with you.

-Mike
