Typically, this information is not available or recorded in your account. However, if there is a need, we can look up the time-stamp of a snipe set from within your account. You would need to file a support case from the Help tab of the account asking for this information and letting us know the item number of the snipe in question. We can then ask our engineers for the date and time a snipe was set up.
