AS managers took an intelligent approach: they knew they had a superior product and decided to generate income through volume instead of charging high fees. I'm sure AS's low charges are one big reason for their success and their growth. This Forum is another. And, of course, they have the best software of all, bar none. Smile

According to some of the email I get, SIZE is suppose to be important. I hope that SUCCESS has more value.

Which is more significant - how big or how good? (Is that OK to say on a public forum?)

Mrs. M,
I think you will agree with me on this - AS could have 1 employee or AS could have 1,000 employees. As long as AS has a high degree of SUCCESS, I'll leave SIZE to Mr. Gates.
I think the "10 people" Sara referred to are the tech support people. That number wouldn't include managers, secretaries, programmers, etc.

The number of employees in a company is something like a college diploma -- it's not important unless you do something with it. So I agree with Rick while acknowledging that this isn't what Mrs. M was looking for. Smile
