I think the "10 people" Sara referred to are the tech support people. That number wouldn't include managers, secretaries, programmers, etc.

The number of employees in a company is something like a college diploma -- it's not important unless you do something with it. So I agree with Rick while acknowledging that this isn't what Mrs. M was looking for.
