Can not access entered snipe!

I hope someone can help me because I have been trying for the past hour and I am getting nowhere.

I entered a snipe in my account and it never showed up on my snipe list. When I tried to enter the snipe again I was told that it has already been entered. The snipe shows up on the calender but it does not show it listed in any folders.

I want to delete this snipe but I can't. The auction ends tonight. Please help!
