Suggestion: Check it's not in another folder by choosing "All Snipes" on the pull-down list by "Choose Folder:" on the My Snipes page.

Actually Sniper seems o be down - can't do nothing...

Having same problem. added a snipe..does not show in any folder...tried to check all snipes.. got error message..tried to refresh snipe and nothing..went to calender and there was the snipe scheduled..went back to try folders again and it's not there...I need to reset the time on the snipe but can't cause it seems not to exhist.
When I try to relist the snipe it says the item is already being sniped..I've tried to find answer, but I'm not good at this..anyone help!

I had the same thing happen to me. For some reason AS seems to be running very slowly this morning. I got it to work by closing my browser window and starting all over again. Each snipe that I added to the bid group (folder) took quite a while to load.

Then when everything was just as I wanted it, I found a BIN for less than the opening bids on the items in my bid group and just canceled the whole thing.

Auction Sniper refuses a snipe, keeps telling me I'm already sniping it (I'm not). I've tried refreshing, logging out/back in... the same as rory. what do i do?

nope. i just sniped somthing else and it worked but 2 items i am sniping are not showing up. it is weird

Go to your My Snipes page and click on the Manage Bidgroups link in the bottom right corner. If it's not there, you might want to contact Auction Sniper support.

i do not use bid groups. how do i contact support?

thank you region! i figured it out. i have been sniping 3 yrs and never a prob! thisis weird. have you ha this problem before?

what do you mean about the help tab, Rick? is it down too? i sent an email to support. i just clicked contact us and went from there.

Things looking better for you guys? I'm in the office right now looking over a few things. It looks like the site should be loading faster now.

If there are still any snipes you can't see, file a support case and let us know. I'll look into those.

Same issues here.

Site is faster BUT it still keeps telling me I am already sniping the item I try to add. I have a support ticket open. I missed one snipe already this morning and I have 6 more I want to set up.

Yeah it looks like some users are still having trouble viewing/adding snipes. We're taking a look into that right now.

now i cannot even get to my snipes! this is what i get:

Donovan r u there? Arevyoub fixing the problem? My Snipes hasn't been accessible all morning.

Ok, I've worked through some of the support cases and we've isolated the error I think. New release should be out in a few moments that should fix this problem for those of you who can't view your snipes.

As always let me know if something still isn't quite right. I'll be here all day if I have to.
