Bid Group Question

Hello Habakkuk -

If your bid group has won the desired number of items, the bidding for other items in the group should cease so that it does not exceed the number of wins you have selected and the snipe records should, at that time, no longer show as active snipes in Ready status.

If you have snipes that show as Ready in such a group, please cancel them - however, if you have time, please get a screenshot of the snipe as Ready and file a support case letting us know about this so we can look into any issues that may have come up regarding bid groups.

I have already deleted them, but have another auction Bid Group running and will see what happens to that one.

Yes, the Ready status should change for items in a Bid Group once the desired number of items has been won for that folder. We have encountered cases where the status does not update until the other items actually reach their end times. If you note that there are items in a bid group where the status does not update when the group has reached the desired number of wins, please let us know the details in a support case (you can file a case at any time from under the Help tab of the site) and we'll let you know how to provide us with a screenshot so we can look into it.
