Bid did not go thru..???

I had a bid posted on auctionsniper for $289.99 on item #320000266611 ....the auction sold for $260.00....why was my bid not executed..??? Can someone tell me why??....will it happen again..?? Did anyone else have this problem?? Auction ended at 17:00 PDT...I just got in and found that my bid was not placed.....

I got notice from Auction Sniper that my bid did not go thru becauce " Bid did not go through"..What does this mean..???

Hello,

I have used AS and won about 2 items in the past with it. Pretty good. Yesterday I have placed a bid on an item at $10 and yet this sold for about $8.51. There was no bid increment on this item.

For some reason the Action Sniper did not do anything yesterday.

I have been reading up on problems and delays with Auction Sniper, is this something that is common or what? I have noticed a lot of problems in the month of June.

If there is a problem with AS, it would be wise for the people spending time with it to be informed as to what is happening.

Sorry for this separate message - just wanted to inform the individual(s) maintaining AP, the message "Did not win" associated with item does NOT have an explanation as to what it may mean - certainly I did not win...

Go to AS help & log a support issue - very friendly - if not helpful ask for a supervisor........

This is a user forum which the support staff only appear to visit occasionally?? (Correct me if I am wrong - only a newby on the forums)

While other users can offer good advice you need to log an issue to get some action from AS.
