Reply to "Bid did not go thru..???"

Go to AS help & log a support issue - very friendly - if not helpful ask for a supervisor........

This is a user forum which the support staff only appear to visit occasionally?? (Correct me if I am wrong - only a newby on the forums)

While other users can offer good advice you need to log an issue to get some action from AS.
