Hmm - great post - this is a user forum so not the best place to contact the company - why didn't it happen? Was the ID and password set correctly, was the snipe at least one increment over the max?

"It was an important irreplaceable item." - then bid yourself, don't rely on ANY automated service as that's not what it's for...

Good luck on the free snipe sites - if they are that good why are you even here?

Don't know if this will be read since it is a late response but I am STUPIDSNIPER only because I also trusted auctionsniper.com (stupid me) and the same thing happened to me. Stupid me also placed a snipe on a very valuable item (stupid me).A one of a kind prototype (stupid me). I did it to be safe (stupid me). To be sure that My bid would go in right at the end and my computer wouldn't screw me up (stupid me). Well I am smarterme now. I will never trust auctionsniper.com again and there is no way that I could ever recommend this service to anyone else. I am smarter now. I have to wonder just how smart all of you who responded to Bid Did Not Execute are. Not much I think. Smart cares. Smart thinks before they respond. Stupid is cruel and mean. I did not see a kind thoughtful response to his problem. There is something really wrong with this picture. My advice: If you are stupid, shut up. That way no one will no how mean you are. Smarter Now.
