Banned by Seller

Hi. I have never had any problem with AuctionSniper or eBay. I have a 100% positive feedback rating on eBay. Yet when I had a snipe for $29.99 on a WWII shirt yesterday, the winning bid was $19.99. The AuctionSniper report said I was "Banned by Seller". What the heck does that mean? I sent the seller a note to explain, but he has not as of yet. Thanks.
