Hello,

In order to be able to look into issues with specific snipes, we would need you to file a support case with us that let's us know which snipe encountered difficulty so we can look into it - if it has happened with another snipe after you have filed a case, you can reply to that case with another snipe and we can check into it.

We have had some technical issues with snipes recently getting 'stuck' in Ready status, but we need to look into those on a case by case basis.

Please file a support case from the Help tab of your account using the Contact Support option and we will be happy to look into any issues with snipes you have placed.
