Hello everybody,

Since a couple of week (I didn't try before, so I don't know since when exactly) I can't make change in my snipe list : impossible to add or delete snipes. And it's impossible too to validate the contact request form for the same reason. That's why I'm trying to solve this by the community (hopping I can validate it !!!).

After a long time of connection with the list page when trying to add or delete a snipe (state message is : "connecting with www.auctionsniper.com"), the message error is "Safari ne parvient pas à ouvrir la page «http://www.auctionsniper.com/MySnipes.aspx» car le serveur sur lequel cette page est située ne répond pas." ( Safari is unable to open the page «http://www.auctionsniper.com/MySnipes.aspx» because the server doesn't answer )

I've trying, on two different computers, with all the last update of this following browser : Safari, Firerfox, Opera, Camino (Mac os 10.5.7).

What's this very big problem ???

Thank you for posting and bringing this to our attention. I'm very sorry to hear you never received a response from Customer Support. I have searched our system and can't find a support case for the time you indicated.

Customer Support has been informed of this and should be contacting very soon, if they haven't already.
