Your max bid is lower than the current minimum bid amount

From some days ago I obtain the message "Your max bid is lower than the current minimum bid amount" when I try to increase the max bid in AS.
I have been used AS some years ago and I use it a lot. What is wrong?

Try clicking on "Update Prices" on your My Snipes to make sure the current price is displayed. If that doesn't do it give support a try:

It does not work, but the problem exists from some days ago.
