Yellow bar does not display on my out bid items

Suddenly, the yellow bar does not display any more on my outbid items, as it used to.
Also, I'm not getting outbid notifications from Auction Sniper either. I used to receive the...

It appears that they are fixing this so expect it to not be working for a while if it's anything like the search problems.
