Let's guess on the available information:

you have no computer
it's not switched on
it is working but you don't know how to use it
there is nothing to snipe
you're not registered on Ebay
you're not registered with AS
there's a bug of some sort

As mentioned elsewhere, you might want to log a support call but give them a bit more info. so that they can tell what the problem might be and solve it for you.
