Win won't import

Hello. Occasionally, I'll win a snipe and try to import my wins, and nothing happens. I try 4 or 5 hours later, and I'm told that I can only import wins once per hour. This happens occasionally, but I thought I'd try to see what's going on with this latest win that won't import: eBay item 5389329180, ended May-15-05 04:15:07 PDT. This glitch is not life-threatening, but it sure interferes with my record-keeping, which I like to take care of right away. Thanks, in case you figure it out.
