'Win' history not showing up

The same thing happened to my AS account (which is what led me here to the forums).

Some very old (5+ years) info is showing up in 'WINS' history but not the past few years' of info.

I have regularly relied on my AS history to keep track of past wins and vendors since eBay won't provide that option. It's been one of the many reasons I've recommended AS to friends who get frustrated with eBay.

On the same note, I was dismayed to discover that AS no longer appears to keep a history of losses as well as wins (or is that simply the result of my account having missing data?)

If AS no longer retains losses info then I can't believe that in the 11 years I've been using AS there is actually a bit *less* functionality available to me now than a decade ago. Although it's appreciated, I don't really count an iPhone app as *added* functionality when I could always just browse to the AS site and do the same stuff.


Other than these complaints, I'm still quite a fan of AS and very much enjoy the high "win" rate afforded by the AS service.

My mistake (sort of) -- all my historical data is still there but for some reason only some of my "wins" are not all showing up under the "Wins" menu item.

I can still see wins and losses via the "All Snipes" option on the "My Snipes" page.

I'm not sure what the "Wins" page is used for if it is not going to show all the wins that the "My Snipes" page shows.

AS has been around for 9 years, not 11.

Thank you for notifying us of this issue. I do not believe that we have changed any functionality; you should be able to see all of your wins.

I will check with engineering to see what the issue might be for you.

Hi jbeamstudios and mamlin -

After looking into this issue and found out a couple of things:

1. We had a db issue a year or so ago at which time we lost an undermined amount of win history information. That is most likely the issue you are experiencing.

2. When on the My Snipes page, by setting the "Choose Stripes" to "All" you should be able to see all the info we have for your snipe history in that window.
