Will sniper outbid myself?

If I am the highest bidder in an auction, will auction sniper not see this and place a higher bid over my current high bid?

AS will try to place your snipe. It will, if your snipe amount is higher then proxy. Whether it does or not, AS will still bill you (or use a free snipe), if you win the auction.
