Can you tell me what happened in these two cases? The reason say's undefined and I can't figure out what happened.
I won two other auctions from this seller and everything was fine with those? My bids were three times the amount than the price the items sold for? They were not in a bid group.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Rick, when I confirmed the items the reason was they were blocked. I wrote the seller the day it happened and she just replied today saying that I had been correct and should have won these items? She was going to re-bill me through Paypal.
I won items from this seller after that occurred so I don't think she had me blocked as a bidder?
Thanks Carmen
When eBay is hosed, which is their fault, not ours, they sometimes block ANY and ALL bids. And put up a message saying "Transaction blocked." Which means nobody in the world not even Meg Whitman CEO of eBay could bid.

eBay had such problems in the 10am hour on Sunday morning. Check your confirmation message on our site as rick sugggested, or file a support case.

What does that mean?
Not to be discombobulated as it’s NOT profanity. The h-word has been assigned elsewhere.

“Go to hose!”, “To hose with you!” and “What in the hose is your problem?” don’t have quite the same dramatic impact. Wink

So, there's two types of blocked: "Transaction blocked" and "Blocked by seller". The former is caused by ebay and the later caused by the seller.
There are two known reasons why we use 'hosed' in slang to mean messed up.

1. The term was popularised by fighter pilots refering to being hosed by machine gun fire.
2. Once upon a time, a Cray that had been experiencing periodic difficulties crashed, and it was announced to have been hosed. It was discovered that the crash was due to the disconnection of some coolant hoses.
