Why such bad customer service?

I think this might be a delay with Paypal.

Even though the money goes out, it can take up to 3 days for PayPal to actually wire the money to your designee. It's very much like a check, except that you give the check to a friend who might do it right away or might wait 3 days.

This is important if you have autions in the pipeline and you check your balance, as auctions paid up to three days prior might not be reflected in your bank account balance. The result, if you are using your bank balance, is that more checks clear that you were counting on and you can bounce multiple checks, which is expensive if your bank has high bounced check rates and no overdraft protection.

So, your bank might not show the PayPal "check" clear your account for 3 days and Auctionsniper will not have a record until it does.

Your bank can tell you the clearance date.

The potential PayPal payment lag when a subscriber uses a bank account for payment is the reason for which I always use a designated VISA or MC card to pay through PayPal, and I pay it off in less than 30 days so there's no interest charge. No checking or savings account transactions. And forget about that $1,000 you might win by using a bank account. You might win the Big One Lottery, too, but chances are you won't win either one.

For sellers who can't handle plastic payments, I pay by personal check or money order, as preferred by the seller. My feedback record shows more than 600 individual positives and no negatives or neutrals, so it must work.

Nope, plain and simple. PayPal doesn't get credited instantly because someone here has to go and log in on paypal. Then read the persons email address, then find their account here, then type in the amount they're paying.

And then you got the people sending in 27 cent payments when paypal charges us 30 cents so we get $0 so we have to refund them and let them know why etc.

Basically we do paypal payments 5 days a week. Sat-Wednesday. None on Thursday or Friday. So next credits should show up Saturday evening for Wednesday night -> Saturday afternoon payments that were made.
