Why isn't there a link to the import wizard on the My Snipes page?

I know I'm not the first to bring this up, but why isn't there a link to the import wizard on the My Snipes page? I've got the link in my favorites folder, but why not make it easy for everyone to get to the wizard?

There is now, it's on the line just below the My Snipes tab, while you are on the My Snipes tab.
