why dont my snipes show up

I just sniped 2 auctions using snipe it now. But now they dont show up under my snipes. Both times it said your sipie is accepted, but I cant find them to cancle them or adjust them. Evry time I hit my snipes I just get the same main window. Also if I go to payments and hit details I get the same window. Can some one help???

Under "my snipes" I have no "sipes I won or snipes I lost, where are my snipes?????

Click on the Active Tab on My Snipes

Hi greg755,

I am not aware of any technical issues that would cause snipes you have added through the Snipe it Now feature not to show up on the My Snipes page within your account, so would would need to look into your situation further if you continue to encounter difficulties of this nature.

If you have confirmed you are looking under the “All” or “Active” tabs on your My Snipes page and you are still unable to see your active snipes, please contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “Contact Support” option and we will do our best to help you out.
