Why do I keep losing w/ AS???

I've used AS for a while, and have won a lot of auctions, but recently have been out-bid 5 out of the last 7 auctions. The ebay message I get is "Proxy-bid - yoiu were out-bid at the last minute"

Hmm - maybe, just maybe, the winner(s) are bidding higher than you're snipe. Research the items carefully and bid you max - AS cannot make you win by magic, it just stops bidding wars!
