Anything you see on the My Snipes tab is a snipe. We do all the same work as we do if the snipe placed won.

We monitor for price changes and email you notices, and we even place the snipe as can be seen from the confirmation button next to your winning snipe on our site.

If we didnt charge for this everyone would just enter a snipe as a backup, then manually bid with 1-2 seconds more than they snipe and they'd get the benefit our our services, without paying. I'm sure that wasn't what you were trying to do since you're new and probably just imported the snipe in the import wizard during signup. If that's the case file a support case and the'll give you a free snipe back.
