I tried to get my snipe credits but the site tells me the item numbers are no longer in database or I have been given credit. I do not appear to have been given credit. How do I find out?

Right above the place on the My Snipes tab where you enter a snipe it tells you how many free snipes you have left.
Yes, but this doesn't answer my question.. Why can't I GET the credits for my missed snipes. It tells me the info is not in the database. So I can't even get the snipes. And it took credit for snipes that never went off because of the worm. My Snipes tell me I don't have any!!!! I lost 2
You cant get credit for snipes that were won. You won all those items. I've gone ahead and manually credited you 2 free snipes for the snipes that may have been effected by the worm. From about 9:45pm on the 24th, until about 2pm on the 25th.
