wHY AREN'T WINS SHOWING UP.......

I've been 'abiddin and 'awinnin.......

Only been member now for 3 days or so.....
First couple of days my wins were recorded under the win tab just about as soon as they happened------phuff, like magic, they were there.

Today, I won 4 so far and everytime I press to update my wins (none of them have shown)-----I get message that "wins are imported every hour, my last import was 6:09"... BUT IT IS NOW 9:00 P.M., and no imports.....
Apparently they are not being imported every hour....

Please explain why they were there instantly yesterday, but not today.......

Does it have anything to do with they are only imported after you pay???
Please advise........

EBay runs very slowly on Sunday nights, and consequently, so does AS's notification. As long as you have eBay proof that you have won, you are fine. My guess is that AS will have come through during the night.

Ya, I think it's due to Sundays being so busy. Before we allow wins to show up on the Wins tab we first have to double check and make sure you won the item.

The computer that does that checking is usually 30-90 minutes behind on Sunday evenings. It catchs up around 10pm ish. It should be caught up most of the time on any other night.

I checked your account and could see your wins today.
