where is refer a friend link found

i know i have seen it but now that i want to do it, i can't find it. just like home!

also, if you refer someone, and you get 3 free snipes, does that mean they don't get 3 free snipes? (like I did?)

one more thing. i know there are other auctions than ebay, but does as work only with ebay?
