When do you leave feedback as a seller?

As a buyer, I expect feedback from a seller as soon as he receives my payment. I met my obligation by paying the seller. Granted there are people that will take advantage but I believe the vast majority of users are honest. After a bad experience with illegally copied VCR tapes, I left my first and only negative in spite of the all too common “feedback retaliation”. The seller did not retaliate against me but it happens to often. I have noticed sellers with a feedback of 100 but have many very negative comments.
