Someone bid on an item at 7.99 and proxied at 8.50. Somebody just outbid them at 8.70 which made the next increment bid at 9.20! How can this be?

I didn't include it because it is still ongoing and shows nothing, of course yet! Soo, quit ducking!!

Bidder two bids 8.70. That's more than one increment above 7.99 current price is now 8.70
Minimum bids are calculated from the current price, not someones max.
Puppy, duh!!!!!!!!!!!! What was I NOT thinking!! 
Lol, auctions are hard enough to figure out when you can SEE the bids... let alone before auction end.
