Not ten minutes ago I lost an auction at $179 when I had a snipe in place at $333!! I was sitting right here at my computer and could EASILY have placed the bid manually, but WANTED THIS ONE SO BAD I didn't trust myself. PLUS, not five minutes earlier I had a successful snipe in another auction.

This has happened to me twice in the past also. And, among the more annoying aspects of this, I have never received any snipe report for the snipe that didn't work! Interesting, how not only is no reason given for the failed snipe, no acknowledgement that it even happened is provided. Hoping I'll forget I placed a snipe on that particular item??

This is EXTREMELY disappointing. I noticed in some other posts you mention a bad switch. Funny, when I logged into auctionsniper I didn't notice any big red warning signs flashing to inform me to BEWARE. If so, I would have won my auction.

I will hesitate considerably before continuing to tell me people how "great" auctionsniper is...

If you want a response from AS or anybody else, it would be helpful if you kept your cool long enough to provide the eBay item number and other relevant information such as your max bid and the bid interval your snipe was set for. For your future reference, complaints of this sort are more generally raised in the "Auction Sniper Support" section of the Forum.
