what currency is bid?

i registered as a canadian but on my sniper page my max bid is in us dollars... does that mean the number i put in the white box as my max bid alsdo in american dollars?

Your bid will always be in the currency of the auction. This is a function of eBay, so AS only needs the numbers to send. If the auction is in US$ your bid is in US$. If the auction is in British pounds, your bid is in pounds.

Confusingly, if the Auction is in Italian Lire, it means that you have gone back in time via some sort of breach in the space-time continuum and you will need to quickly find a somewhat-modified Delorean motor car in order to get home in time for tea...
