What bid will AS place for me? | Auction Sniper

I'm sure this is a very simple and obvious question but I cannot seem to find the answer.

In the following scenario, what would AS bid for me, $15.20 or $20.00?

The auction is at $15.00
The minimum next bid is $15.20
My AS snipe is ready at $20.00

It will bid your snipe amount - $20. It's no different than if you placed a manual $20 bid.

AS will bid $20, just as if you bid manually, BUT your final bid will only be as much as is needed to win the item.

If the item is currently $15 and no one else bids (bid increments of .25¢), you would win the auction for $15.25. If, say, I bid $17.50, then you would still win the auction, but for $17.75. In other words, AS will only bid as much as is necessary to win, up until your highest amount ($20). After that you would be outbid.
