Hey Elmer, the link's working so I guess it's better now. AS is a pretty basic package so it doesn't need 24/7 support staff for technical probs - they seem to spend their time hand holding newbies who cannot be bothered to read the FAQs etc. Sadly this is reflected occasionally in their responses to real problems - you have to fight to get a non-stock response from the guys.
eBay's no better. I complained about a seller asking for a PayPal surcharge (illegal in UK) and they asked to see a copy of the email. I explained that there wasn't one and they apologised for the seller over-charging for postage but said it was out of their control. I asked for my original complaint to be read by a human rather than a robot and it all went quiet... Good stuff!
