Hi everyone,

Well, I'm glad to let you know that there is some new features in our web site.

Snipe Comment

Now you will have the option of adding a comment to your snipes when you are placing them. You will see a comment field in the "Add Snipe" box. Note that "Comment" is an optional field... This is a request many of you had, and now is implemented Smile

For those of you that don't like the idea of having too much stuff on your "Add Snipe" box, you can turn this feature off by going to Modify Account, and unchecked the "Snipe Comment" selection, under "My Preferences".

This setting is turned on by default, and is only going to affect people that have more than 5 snipes placed. We do this, so new people don't get overwhelm by having so many options.

Snipe It Now - New Options

Snipe It Now has changed as well, if you are sign in, your list of folders and bidgroups will appear in the window. Also, if you have "Snipe Comment" turned on, a field (optional) for adding a comment will be appear in the page too.

We have modified the Snipe It Now window to resize it self, so it should be of the right size. If you want to have it so is resizable, you will have to re-create your shortcut from this page: AuctionSniper - Snipe It Now!.

Please let us know if you see any problems/issues with these new changes. We hope this changes make your sniping easier!!!

Best Regards,

I tried "Snipe it Now"-ing items directly to a bid group folder. Not only are they not showing up there, but I can't even manually move them from my "My Snipes" folder the way I used to. I check them off and click "Move to folder" as usual, and it tells me "Your snipes have been moved to...", but when I look in that bid group folder, it says "There are no snipes for this selection"! Red Face
In the snipe calendar, items are displayed on a background corresponding to their respective folders, in red text.

In the case of items in a folder assigned a red color, the resulting red-on-red is somewhat difficult to read. Recommend changing the background color on a per-folder basis to an appropriate contrasting color (or at least not the same as the background).
