Watch Out For This Seller!!

I'm not sure I can see that the feedback is fraudulent. Clearly this eBay member is unreliable, both as a buyer and a seller, but all the items seem to be very low priced - not worth going to prison for!

No, I'm not into this enough to say the dude should go to prison. I'm just saying "beware".
If you look a little closer at the feedback though, it really doesn't look legit,Alot of it is posted by the same sellers etc..but anyway, life goes on and its no big deal.

For small items (usually CDs) I'm not surprised that a lot of the feedback is from the same buyers. I find I'm often buying from the same seller and so I'll be giving several feedbacks (usually identical in terms) to any one seller at a time. I think he's legit but unreliable.

I always make it a point to check the feedback. It has really paid off. A negative feedback ratio of 1% or 2% is very reasonable. Anything over that and I'm hesitant to procede. Also, if I see what appears to be a significant amount of negative feedback withing a recent period of time, watch out! I have even contacted the posting person to get more information on the situation. That has also saved me a lot of grief.
